ISA4D is a reliable, simple and easy to use USB and ethernet dnc software program that has been specifically designed for communicating with all TECHLF USB controllers for different CNC machine tools. The axis configuration is easily made with the dialog box. The resolution of the motors, the number of microsteps as well as the intensity are configurable.

The reference contacts are all configurables on the 32 inputs. The reading of the inputs, analog converters and numerical hand wheel is done in real time.

The program can either use the speeds given in the GCode ISO file, or to take default software speeds for the G00, G01, G02 and G03 commands.

The window of control makes it possible to start or stop a sequence. You also can, in real time modify the override and the spindle speed. If you have a numerical hand wheel you can use it to modify in real time the override value and spindle speed value.

One of the most important function in ISA4D PRO ( available in demo version but disable ), it's the creation of macros on events such as automatic tool change, on spindle start, on program start, on program stop, on tool up, on tool down, etc... More than 32 macros are available and entirely programmable.
